This Labour Party pamphlet was prepared by the Standing Joint Committee of Industrial Women's Organisations for the National Conference of Labour Women, held in Swansea, May 1936. It provides a detailed report on the pay and other conditions of women clerical workers, including a section on equal pay, and the impact of technology on their work.
