This circular letter, signed by Walter Citrine, was sent to trades council secretaries in March 1927, stating that any trades councils associated with the National Minority Movement (NMM) would not be recognised by the TUC. Attached to the letter is a form to be signed by the trades council's officers declaring that it is not affiliated to or associated with the NMM in any way.
