‘Towards Soviets: theses and a letter on tactics’ was a pamphlet written by Vladimir Ilyich Ulyanov, under his pseudonym Nikolai Lenin, and published by the British Socialist Party about 1918. The British Socialist Party was established in 1911 and merged with other radical groups to form the Communist Party in 1920.
