This pamphlet by Prince Volkonsky, published by the Russian Liberation Committee, supports the anti-Bolshevik forces in South Russia during the Russian Civil War of 1918–1920. Mikhail Alekseyev and Anton Denikin, formerly generals in the Imperial Russian Army during World War 1, were the military leaders of the White (Anti-Bolshevik) movement. The Russian Liberation Committee was an anti-Bolshevik émigré organisation operating in London 1919-1924.
