Resolution signed by Fred Bramley and Alex Gossip of the National Amalgamated Furnishing Trades Union (NAFTA) condemning the imprisonment of trade unionists in Russia, 1915. Fred Bramley, 1874-1925, was later appointed assistant secretary of the Trades Union Congress, becoming General Secretary in 1923. Alex Gossip, 1862-1952, became General Secretary of the NAFTA in 1906. Both men were strong internationalists, vocal opponents of the First World War, and members of the National Committee of the No Conscription Fellowship.
