The Bolshevik revolution: its rise and meaning, 1918

Maxim Litvinov, the author of this pamphlet was a Soviet diplomat based in London. It was published by the British Socialist Party, which was established in 1911 and merged with other radical groups to form the Communist Party in 1920.
